Apprenticeship as a construction mechanic (f/m/d) specializing in thin sheet metal construction technology

During the 3 ½-year apprenticeship, you will learn the basic skills of sheet metal processing, create your first workpieces manually and learn how to read and implement technical drawings. You design sheet metal components with the help of CAD programs. You will ensure smooth production by programming and operating CNC punching/laser machines and press brakes. In our assembly department, you will assemble the components into modules and test the workpieces.

We encourage independent work and forward-looking process planning. Our trainees learn to work responsibly and are very happy to contribute their own ideas. Our training program focuses on learning at eye level with our trainers. We are proud of our healthy working atmosphere, which is of course also supported by our 10 or so apprentices. You will gain important experience in production and gain a realistic insight into all production processes. The chances of being taken on are very good – we train according to demand.

A secondary school certificate or comparable qualification is required. You should have an interest in technology, spatial awareness and enjoy working with different materials and manufacturing processes. It is possible to shorten the apprenticeship period.
