We continuously optimize our processes in production and administration. We also document all processes and plan and implement processes in a future-proof and efficient manner.
In addition to the conscientious in-house inspection of products by our employees, we use a 3D CNC coordinate measuring machine and a laser-based 2D/3D scanner to inspect punched laser blanks.

Latest technology
Through close cooperation with the leading machine and tool manufacturers in our industry, our production is always up to date.
Among other things, the world’s first fiber laser system Amada Ventis 3015 AJ is in use at BVS. The Amada production center LASBEND AJ was developed in joint coordination with BVS.
