Quality management and quality assurance are the prerequisites for the high quality of our products. Our quality management system is certified to meet in the international ISO 9001:2015 standard. In plain language, our processes in production and administration are being continuously improved. We document all processes, plan and realize these future-proof and efficiently.
In addition to the conscientious in-house inspection of the products by our employees we use a 3D-CNC coordinate measuring machine and a 2D/3D laser scanner to test punch laser cut panels. Already the first sample parts meet the high quality requirements regarding form and position tolerances, which are checked and documented by our coordinate measuring machine Zeiss Contura.
We use resources responsibly and economically. We are guided by the ISO 14001:2015 standard for environmental management. Operational environmental protection is important to us and is also economically viable. We offer you further individual quality checks on request. Please contact us.
