Quality management and quality assurance are the prerequisites for the high quality of our products. Our quality management system is certified in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. In plain language, this means that we continuously optimize our processes in production and administration. We document all processes and plan and implement processes in a future-proof and efficient manner.
In addition to the conscientious in-house inspection of products by our employees, we use a 3D CNC coordinate measuring machine and a laser-based 2D/3D scanner to inspect punched laser blanks. Even the first sample parts meet the high quality requirements in terms of shape and position tolerances, which are checked and documented by our Zeiss Contura coordinate measuring machine.
We use resources in an environmentally friendly and economical way. We are guided by the ISO 14001:2015 standard for environmental management, as operational environmental protection is important to us and also proves to be economical.
