BVS has turned “old” into “new.” After eleven years of service, a Trumpf punching-laser combination machine was replaced with a new TruMatic 6000 featuring a fiber laser. The system, equipped with a solid-state laser, enables the processing of a wide range of materials, such as non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, and galvanized sheet metal. Two years ago, BVS Systemtechnik began producing components and assemblies for industrial applications in Schwerin. From the first sheet metal part produced, the well-trained specialists focused on high-quality results. TÜV Rheinland confirmed the lived quality awareness in sheet metal processing of BVS Systemtechnik. Training Young Talent Ensures a New Generation of Employees for the Company
Training young talent has been a tradition at BVS Blechtechnik for over 20 years. In autumn 1999, the first two apprentices started their professional lives as construction mechanics and are still involved in production today as team leaders and machine operators. In the last two decades, a total of 54 young construction mechanics or metalworkers and a specialist for warehouse logistics have received their sound appreniceship at BVS in sheet metal processing.
