One thing is crucial, especially in series production: absolute repeat accuracy. To ensure consistently high surface quality even with large quantities, BVS relies on documented processes, structured visual inspections – and state-of-the-art technology.
A key element is the Coatmaster Flex: this non-contact measuring system enables the coating thickness of the powder coating to be precisely measured before baking. This means that even before curing in the oven, it is possible to determine whether the applied coating meets the requirements – without any reworking or waste. The measurement is carried out over a large area, digitally and is directly linked to the order number. All values can be precisely assigned and retrieved – a real advantage for traceability, quality assurance and customer transparency.
