Young talents begin their apprenticeships at BVS
A ‘warm welcome’ to our three new apprentices training as construction mechanics specialising in sheet metal technology. The young men have been working hard as part of our team since September and will be learning sheet metal working skills such as filing, sawing and drilling in the training workshop over the next few weeks. Over the next 3 to 3.5 years, they will spend time in various production areas, operating and programming our CNC punching and laser machines and press brakes, for example. Practical training on real customer projects is part of our programme, so we train our junior staff specifically to meet the requirements of our production operations.
