It is the EGB-ATCe, an all-electric press brake from AMADA. <\/p>\n<p>It is considered to be the easiest-to-operate press brake of all time. We are the first users of this machine in Germany. <\/p>\n<p>What can it do better than its predecessors?<\/p>\n<p>The all-electric press brake works without oil for controlling the upper beam. The system&#8217;s new crowning system can also be adjusted electrically. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Greater accuracy: <\/strong>This is made possible by the new electrical system for crowning. It enables asymmetrical correction of the lower press beam for optimum station bending. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Higher productivity: <\/strong>It has a fast upper beam and protractor as well as three independent stop fingers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Higher tool capacity: <\/strong>30% higher capacity of the automatic tool changer (ATC)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simplified operation: <\/strong>The machine has a new intelligent voice control system, tablet HMI and intelligent augmented reality cameras for the backgauge.
