Das gezielte Einbringen von Sicken erh\u00f6ht die Eigensteifigkeit d\u00fcnner Bleche und reduziert st\u00f6rende Resonanzschwingungen von L\u00fcftern oder Laufwerken.<\/p>\n<p>Beim anschlie\u00dfenden Abkanten korrigieren automatische Winkelmesssysteme an den Pressen Materialschwankungen direkt im Biegeprozess, was eine hohe Passgenauigkeit f\u00fcr Einsch\u00fcbe garantiert. Gef\u00fcgt werden die Komponenten \u00fcber WIG-Schwei\u00dfen oder robotergest\u00fctztes Laserschwei\u00dfen, das durch den geringen W\u00e4rmeeintrag den Verzug am Geh\u00e4use auf ein Minimum begrenzt.
